On holiday in Ischia at the Sorriso Thermae Resort I realized that I had forgotten a very important medication. When I called the pharmacy, I immediately appreciated the kindness, uncommon if not very rare availability with delivery of the medicine in a matter of minutes and directly to the facility. Always available and friendly!

Professional staff, organization to be reviewed... I went to the Lobosco pharmacy to take a swab (necessary Green Pass for the spa) but, leaving aside the delay (about 40 minutes from the appointment) which can be caused by positives, results perhaps at limit, delays etc... I was a little perplexed by the fact that they didn't even let me sit inside, the Doctor in charge went out to the back and swabbed me standing outside the pharmacy. I'm used to Turin where pharmacies have a dedicated room, they make you sit down, they make you calm down if it's your first time etc... Unfortunately I didn't find these precautions.
