I would advise Hippocrates to hire more pharmacists. To offer services you also need an adequate number of staff. Go to smaller and more newly opened pharmacies!!!

My negative evaluation refers to the lady in the cosmetics department, since in addition to being rude she was also very incompetent. I was looking for a Vichy foundation and since I wanted to switch from the compact one to the liquid one, I was asking you for some advice on the matter and if you could possibly get it for me. I had already inquired about the product and the existing shades, but the lady kept telling me that the shade I was looking for didn't exist, pushing me to buy another foundation, telling me that the one I was looking for wasn't on the market and I kept telling her that in any case I it had been recommended by the dermatologist and I've always been happy with it, but she kept telling me that dermatologists only know certain lines etc. First of all, I wanted that specific product and I knew that the shade I was looking for existed, plus I've always had a great experience with that line since I've been using it for years. I gladly accept advice, but if I decide to buy a product there is no need to insist like that on me to buy another one and even pretend that what I'm looking for doesn't exist. She was very rude and incompetent. I'm sorry for the fact that the other pharmacists are very good and I've always had a great experience, but never again in the cosmetics department!!!! I will buy the foundation with the shade suitable for me, because it EXISTS, in another pharmacy!!!!
