Good evening, I would like to tell you about an unpleasant incident in this pharmacy: I purchased a cream (Meclon) that I have been using for years and, once I arrived home, I opened the package. With bitterness I noted that the product was altered and did not even come out of the tube, making correct application impossible. So, the next day, I decided to return to the pharmacy to report the incident and have it (rightly) replaced. Despite myself, the pharmacist with the glasses, in a contemptuous manner, not only did not replace the product for me (exact words "I don't know what to tell you"), but gave me another one belonging to the same batch, making me pay for it and refusing to open it. at the counter (as per my request, to avoid receiving another bitter surprise). Moral of the story? I threw away another 19 euros (for a total of almost 40 euros) of creams, unusable, having been altered. At this point I don't know whether to return a third time or not, thus avoiding spending another €19 and being back to the beginning again... If this is the right way to build customer loyalty, I'd say I won't set foot in there again. Well-stocked pharmacy, but not recommended.
The pharmacist with the glasses could very well change jobs, after waiting for almost 10 m who was following an elderly gentleman (who was also not friendly with him) I had to wait for him to finish his personal conversation with another person in charge of sorting out the drugs in the back. Hallucinating
What can I say... it's a shame to leave one person alone to serve an infinite number of customers... many of whom are bored of waiting...!!! 😲😲🤬🤬🤬 It happened a little while ago... h. 12.30 on 9/12/23 Keep going like this 👏👏👏👏 you are on the right path to losing customers!!! By now
I found a 60 year old doctor with glasses and he treated me like he didn't care about me. It seemed like I was wasting his time. All it took was a little empathy. Not recommended.
Nice pharmacy, very friendly and helpful staff.
