The best pharmacy ever. Kind, helpful and empathetic pharmacists know how to listen to your problems in every situation and find remedies suitable for every need. Not even the best specialists were able to advise me as they did in this pharmacy. Their advice is gold👍

I placed an order online, everything arrived with packaging entirely made of easily recyclable paper, some biodegradable corn "balls" instead of the usual polystyrene and extra samples of creams different from those purchased but always for healing purposes. A surprise, every detail was dedicated to customer care and the environment, congratulations 😊

This morning, as I'm having some discomfort with a psychologist, I'm going to buy a prescription indicated by the doctor. I politely ask three times if there is a generic one because, apart from my discomfort, I have financial problems; the shop assistant tells me that there isn't one I ask for the cost of 25 euros I accept because I can't do anything else I pay and I ask them if there wasn't a tax deduction on that product they say yes but I didn't tell them anything and I didn't can you give me the prescription again... I have been in Italy for 15 years, I speak Italian well in Milan, before paying they ask you if you have to make deductions and they help you find a product similar to the one prescribed also because it helps others and if you you are taking a particular drug you must understand that perhaps the person is at a disadvantage. I thank the sales assistant for helping to make my day worse. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Very kind and knowledgeable staff, always ready to give advice and satisfy customers. They are well organized with swabs: online booking is easy, the doctor who carries out the swabs does it with respect and delicacy (in two other pharmacies they managed to touch the brain). Very large pharmacy and offers many services, it deserves all 5 stars!
