I went to take a swab on the regular opening day of this pharmacy. I admit that I was already prepared for some unforeseen events, given that I found myself unwell several times, which is why I opt for other pharmacies in Mondragone, but it was the only one open so I go. Without surprise, I am told that they do not do swabs on public holidays, I repeat, the day they are regularly open for which regular activities should be carried out. Alas, I had to move elsewhere, where they immediately swabbed me with courtesy and professionalism, given that despite it being a public holiday, if they are open, they are required to provide all regular services, including this one. A pharmacist represents a point of reference for a citizen, where solutions and not impediments can be found. In this pharmacy I almost always found unpleasant, grumpy staff who paid little attention to the customer. Surely not all employees will be like this, but unfortunately the ones I caught are. The problem is not the pharmacy itself, which also seems well looked after and supplied to me, but the way of managing it. This has obviously been my experience and I hope it will be an incentive for ever greater efficiency.

The first time I entered the Crocelle pharmacy I was a little disoriented. I couldn't understand why, waiting for my turn, I felt calm. The pharmacy was, at that moment, a "safe" place where to find useful information to deal with the health emergency. Most of the pharmacy staff, almost all female, are predisposed to conscious listening. During the conversations I listened to between the pharmacy staff and the "customers", I perceived that people paid a lot of attention to what they were told, without mentally planning a possible response. In the Crocelle Pharmacy, having a few minutes of banal chatter isn't boring, it's normal and makes people feel at ease. My compliments to you all.
