Lack of professionalism... I was sold a COVID 19 test passed off as salivating but which in reality was not.
Truly a nice Christmas present! On Christmas Eve at 8.30pm my wife and I needed to take a swab and we truly found two angels who, exhausted from the demanding working day (over 200 swabs), in response to our request, put their coats back on and with kindness and truly UNIQUE availability carried out the two swabs. Truly a Christmas gift to meet such exceptional people!
Really too slow for my tastes. In other pharmacies in the area it takes a maximum of 15 minutes to wait for the result of a swab, here we had to wait 50 minutes!! And I repeat: not to take the swab, but to wait for the result! We tried to ask for information, but they slammed the door in our faces. Never again!!
