Very helpful staff. We came in seeking some cough medicine for our son and the staff member was helpful, checking his age and the symptoms and found the medicine required.

I call at 6.55pm to see if there are any swabs left to do at home, I am rightly told that they cannot be booked, but that there are some left, I explain that I am leaving work and that I will try to stop by, I am told that they will close at 8pm (as the time here on Google also says, among other things). I arrive at 7.39pm, the shutter is half down, they don't even let me explain that, as soon as I look out (strictly from outside), I am told in a mocking tone that «if the shutter is down and the windows are off it means that it's closed" (I think: eh, D** Dog, I had arrived at this too), I try to explain that I called and I was told that the closing was at 8:00 pm (I could be wrong) instead of doing me a favor, given that I see the pharmacist inside with his coat still behind the counter and the lights on, he prefers to continue teasing me in an ironic tone "didn't he read the time outside?". I leave it alone, say goodbye cordially (greetings which are not answered) and I leave. Well, honestly, these days I would have expected, not just kindness, but a little more understanding: there are also those who work every day and don't stay in the heat leaning on a counter. [Ps.
