Until some time ago I agreed with all the positive comments I read, now, despite myself, I have to dissociate myself. Since the management changed, as far as I'm concerned, all the excellent qualities and prestige that this pharmacy boasted and which had made it the best among the pharmacies in the area have disappeared: hospitality, customer care, availability, friendliness, professionalism is just a memory. Now you enter a cold, anonymous, careless, detached environment... (and I limit myself to describing only the environment, which is better!!!). At this point I'm convinced I'll find better! Regarding the response received, I would like to point out that the pharmacists of the previous management, Dr. Stefano and Dr. Federico, of whom I can only praise, have been joined by new elements. And it is precisely these "professionals" that I am referring to. In particular to a very unpleasant episode that occurred on Saturday afternoon 05/20/2023 which it will certainly be my concern and delicacy to expose to you in private. The two owners of the pharmacy, Dr. Stefano and Dr. Federico are excellent professionals, they combine attention to the customer, clarity of information without ever being pedantic and great courtesy. A pharmacy in Bovolone with an edge.
