A lady with long dark hair in her sixties, incredibly rude. Grimaces of listlessness, it makes you feel like an idiot if you don't understand it right away. Once I happened to see the same scene with a person before me, and it happened to me too. Some people shouldn't work around people. Outside it is full of kind people who want to work. He should be ashamed. Otherwise helpful and friendly.

Rude and arrogant staff. I had been going there for 3 years and I had a good time.... but today a real disappointment, I go and ask for vitamin K, a lady (around 50 years old) tells me that in that pharmacy you can't give anything without a doctor's prescription! But really? All the other pharmacies do it with vitamin K..... and you need a prescription. I explained to him that it was an emergency and I know that I had taken it without a prescription in the past. And nothing.... rude. There is no parking and the waits are long. Changed pharmacy and solved the problem. Never again Patuzzi pharmacy! :-/

The pharmacy is one of the best in Vicenza. It has a laboratory in the back and is not from all pharmacies. Helpful and kind staff.
