It is impossible to register on the site. I placed an order as a guest and did not receive a confirmation email. I check PayPal and it didn't even send the payment. I tried to call and one number seems disconnected and in the other they hang up after two rings. It's better that way. Forget it, they don't want to sell purchased from other more serious pharmacies.

Ordered product online. after 15 days I phone (they reply with "HELLO" without understanding if it was the butcher's shop or something else) to get updates and after a bit of research they close the conversation telling me that the order had been canceled due to lack of product availability. note that the email I sent also included my mobile number.

I would like to do justice to Farmaword which has received very negative reviews regarding online sales. I called by phone this morning from Bologna before placing the order online. The owner doctor was incredibly kind and took care to look for the product I wanted on Bo, explaining that unfortunately for them.... the web system they use for online sales is creating a lot of problems because it does not update warehouse stocks correctly and then automatically cancels orders. She was truly mortified, but I can guarantee that on a human level she really did her best to help me. I hope Farmaword is able to resolve this inconvenience before giving up the precious online service. This was due in fairness.

Rude and obnoxious owners! I will definitely never go back there again. The doctor swabbed my daughter (a 1 and a half year old girl) for Covid as if she were a doll, without a minimum of tact. When I pointed this out he yelled at me. A shame!

If I could not give any stars I would!!! Incompetence, rudeness and lack of professionalism are part of this pharmacy! I wouldn't go back even if it were the only one open at the moment. In a period of full pandemic, during the performance of swabs for Covid-19, the doctor allows himself to speak one-on-one, therefore not respecting the distance of at least 1 meter, with exaggerated tones and inappropriate ways with customers. What a shame!!!!
