Due to a small weekend holiday, I asked to take quick swabs to obtain green passes for three people valid for Saturday and all Sunday, well they had it done on Friday morning, I thought it lasted 72 hours and so everything was ok but no, it was 48 hours and they didn't even tell me, they say that I should have known the truth, and that they weren't able to calculate how long before I had to do it, demonstrating a lot of professional incompetence because I had been very clear in the request for the result; they left me uncovered on Sunday by green pass, inviting me to do it again on the evening of the same Friday or on Saturday morning, telling me to pay the full cost of the swabs again, another €45. It was very humiliating on the part of the pharmacist and the owner not to admit that there had been a mistake on the part of her collaborator which I would have understood because we can all make mistakes and accept it and it would have ended there, redoing the three swabs from them instead of receiving a bad disgust for the lack of human sensitivity as well as just the attempt at economic advantage. I won't go there anymore.
I am a passing customer, when I need I often stop here, but from the disrespectful and arrogant treatment that one of the workers had in my comparisons my experience ends here, I feel sorry for the owner who loses an income of a family of 5 people . comparisons on my part
