Some time ago I bought a rectal cream (10.90 euros), when it arrived home it was opened and used! I came back and they very kindly changed my cream and gave me a voucher. I'm coming back today (it's true, it's been a while because I'm not local) with the voucher MADE BY THEM on the computer, so I couldn't even have done it myself, and I'm told that I couldn't use it because it wasn't attached to the receipt (they told me that it was enough to present the voucher) and because too much time had passed! I should have done this too when I was given an open rectal cream and got my money back, rather than the voucher! NEVER AGAIN
