Good friendly drug store
Kind and sufficiently formal
I had an electronic code for a drug and they didn't even know what this code was and how it should be entered, furthermore they couldn't recommend a type of patch that I needed to support my medical device (sensor for type 1 diabetes mellitus) given that I needed to seal it so I could go into the water and to ensure it didn't come loose. A father of a diabetic son had to intervene behind me who, upon hearing my request, suggested the product, then the pharmacist proceeded with the order. Furthermore, I bought a band that they hadn't recommended to me and that another pharmacist had to recommend to me. It's as if they don't know what they have and what they can offer the customer to meet their needs.
Terrible service and zero empathy even though I was looking for a specific product for a newborn's problem.
The pharmacy has wide availability of medicines and supplements, the service is friendly except, unfortunately, for the second time the pharmacist loses the prescription convinced that I didn't bring it. For this reason I will rarely be there.
