Business located inside the "Fiordaliso" shopping center in Rozzano (MI), at the entrance adjacent to the Humanitas sampling centre. It is a "complete" pharmacy and not a parapharmacy and therefore you can find or order any type of medicine. Spacious environment. It is often crowded but there are three checkouts almost always all open and therefore the wait is generally short. Various services are also available, such as hair analysis and earlobe piercing. rapid swabs and other types of analysis.
I go to the pharmacy for an emergency, requesting the antibiotic without a prescription, for symptoms of fever of 40 and tonsillitis with plaques. They rightly ask me for a prescription, but at the same time to try to swab they advise me to take Tachipirina 500mg, Flomax for the tonsils, remove the plaques with a cotton bud and rinse with Tantum Verde Mouthwash. I follow the treatment while waiting to be able to go to a clinic. The next day I go to the local clinic, asking how to proceed, because the treatment recommended by the pharmacist doesn't work and the fever continues to persist together with the plaques which even seem to have doubled in size. The face of the doctor at the clinic almost suggests that the pharmacist who recommended this treatment to me needed to change jobs. Not recommended, I discover that the plaques should not be removed with a cotton swab because it would be like carrying microbes around the throat. The same day I go back to the pharmacy, I take the antibiotic thanks to the prescription from the clinic, I also ask for the lactic ferments written on the doctor's note, the pharmacist insists on giving me Codex, a medicine which, as we know, is a ferment lactic which is mainly used for diarrhea problems. Medicine is not a game, if you request prescriptions stick to what is written and don't improvise as doctors, you could cause problems for people.
Well-stocked pharmacy, smooth queue thanks to the 3 open checkouts! Swabs for Covid discounted at €6. Nothing else to add. If I was useful to you, leave me a like! 👍🏼☺
Pharmacist, no longer very young, very grumpy woman. It's the second time I've dealt with this person with the same attitude, at this point I think it's not a coincidence, I think that if someone doesn't like their job they do everything they can to change it.
Pharmacy located inside the Fiordaliso shopping center which has increasingly improved its service over the last few years. Over the years it has always been an excellent point of reference for me, the pharmacists were always friendly and the pharmacy was always well stocked. But for some time now I have only started to see disservices that have reached their peak: It's been 3 days (including today) that I went to them to get a pierced earlobe and every day they told me to come the next day because the "doctor" wasn't there, today, in fact, for the third time I I show up and am told again to come back tomorrow because the doctor isn't there. Complaining and pointing out my extreme patience to the pharmacists present, I received this response: “We can't do anything about it, we are freelancers”. To this response I couldn't help but turn around and compliment them on their professionalism. I highly recommend everyone to avoid this Pharmacy.
