I asked for a nebulizer and the pharmacist goes away to get it, hands it to me without telling me the price or other solutions or models available. delivered 82.90 euros, the exact same product in other pharmacies 35 euros. Practically the same product sold more than double. There was certainly a lack of communication from every point of view, as well as the increased prices.

I came into contact with the Farris pharmacy during the "chaotic" period of swabs, a very stressful period both for those who have to take a swab, even repeatedly, and for those who have to process it and I must say that I found a welcoming environment and competent staff. In particular, I want to compliment the pharmacist Luca: very professional, kind, never rude, excellent ability to relate to the public and, when he can, meets the customer's requests. It's a pleasure to find such professionals.

We would like to congratulate the Farris pharmacy for the professionalism and kindness shown especially in this period of psychological stress due to the numerous daily swabs for Covid! The Dr. ORIANA, with her professionalism and friendliness, gave me a 💯 swab I wish all the doctors who are part of it the best wishes for a happy new year!

First time at Farris pharmacy. We were 2 customers, me first... I had an emergency. 3 sales assistants inside the counter, one going back and forth and 2 trying to organize shifts on their cell phones. All three saw me. After 4 minutes, standing still and looking at them, not even one person spoke to me to say good morning, to tell me to wait a few minutes or even to ask me what I needed. At which point I turned to leave and at that moment, having already moved away, someone spoke to me, now too late. I have always been taught to put the customer first.

I have been to them several times and found it quite good.. But unfortunately the last time I found myself faced with a very rude pharmacist, certainly tired from the working day, certainly tired from the full swab situation..
