I had an incredible experience at this pharmacy! Despite not speaking any Italian, the staff went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. They were extremely kind, patient, and helpful. Their excellent service made my day so much easier. Highly recommend this place!

Very positive feedback for the Fasciolo pharmacy on Corso Vittorio Emanuele in Cagliari, I went on a Saturday at the end of the morning to ask for a very important drug that I had run out of for epilepsy and which was not easily available, among other things to further complicate things I had an electronic prescription which stated that the drug was non-substitutable, so it wasn't even possible to have another equivalent drug. Dr. Carla was very friendly and available to help me and on her own initiative took the time to find an immediate and professional solution and thanks to her timely intervention, a definitive solution was found. Special thanks to the doctor who hung up on me just because the drug I had requested was obviously not in their interest to order, perhaps because it was inexpensive and because she understood that I was passing through. I'm sorry for the guy who answered first who was very kind... but when he passed the call to the doctor, he immediately dismissed me by throwing down the call. After calling her back to thank her for the doctor's good manners, she had a good laugh. This is the treatment these people reserve for tourists!
