Professionalism Courtesy and not least easy parking... what more could you want

Really sorry to write this review. I usually write them only for positive notes. Because I don't consider myself anyone to use negative meanings on other people's work, even if they can be constructive. But in this case I'm really stunned. Of little humanity. I ask about the over-the-counter products that have been recommended to me, to deal with a sudden problem, to get through the night With great kindness and promptness in their service, they offer me other products, specifying the identical characteristics, but at a decidedly more convenient price! I trust, asking in detail the prices, since for 14 months, due to Covid, like many, I have been out of work, every expense for me becomes an expense to be calculated. I point it out. I pay. I arrive home. I scrupulously check the products for their characteristics, for immediate use. I discover that the products are all significantly higher in price than those I requested. I check list prices and not online offers. And in one case what had been proposed to me wasn't even present. It was almost closing time so I couldn't go back. Result I couldn't even alleviate my problem and I spent 40% more. And I know for sure that I will never set foot there again. It's a shame because it's well stocked, with convenient parking. The disappointment is not that one is acting in one's own interest, as in any activity, but that I was told that the products were cheaper, deceiving me. They could tell me that they were better, in their opinion more effective. But not that they recommended them to me because I would save money, when in reality I spent almost double. I am truly sorry.
