They are very courteous, and they gave me a small discount on the drug, the discount is not a saving but a nod of sympathy between those who sell and those who buy.
I was served by a very uneducated pharmacist, who invited me to describe my problem out loud in an irritated tone in front of other customers, in my evident desire to communicate the problem in a confidential tone. Having described my problem, I was literally dismissed with 'I don't know what you're talking about' after describing a common problem with a specific name given to me by the doctor, a problem for which a prescription would not have been needed. Having understood the situation, I took my leave, without even a greeting in return. I'm very sorry because I have always found competent and polite staff especially in this place, with also excellent prices. I give 3 stars for the other competent guys who are there and who have helped me over the years.
