Our vet prescribed us a drug to inject for the dog, but unfortunately, being far away, she only gave us instructions via text message. We asked the doctor (?) with long brown hair for advice on how to prepare the shot who arrogantly replied that you don't need a degree to give a shot to a dog and then told us that she is not qualified to tell us anything . There is a way and way of saying things. Rude and unhelpful. What a bad experience.
I understand the difficulties of the historical moment, but treating kind people badly for free is not... I do not recommend this pharmacy because the dark-haired doctor treated me badly for no reason for having KINDLY asked for information... she humiliated and made fun of me . Unfortunately I was treated badly by a pharmacist without having done anything, I don't recommend her. Terrible service. And if you have questions this is not the right place.
They are really helpful and professional. I needed a medicine and the next day they were closed. They sent it to me at another pharmacy. They only told them where I had to go and the time. Thank you....
