I wonder why they apparently have less clients than the 2 nearby pharmacies. Owner seems expert and is courteous...so i am puzzled.

As soon as management changed, the owner was kind to customers, pointing out the new opening hours, the medicine booking service, etc. After just a few weeks of all this, only saccenza remained, with which I happened to be treated but also to see people treated other customers (like a mother who didn't know what a litmus test her son needed for school was). Furthermore, prices are unreasonable to say the least. The owner once recommended us another brand than what was requested because "it costs a couple of euros less for the same quantity, I'll save you money" and we trusted... too bad that we later discovered that it required double dosage, so the savings were wasted , actually.... Unfortunately I happen to buy there, but only in cases of extreme urgency as it is the closest pharmacy... If I can I absolutely go elsewhere. Not recommended. Edit: my partner went to buy antihistamine during the pollen period and the owner, turning to the other doctor, says: "we have to increase the price of Clarityn this period".... Speechless. No hesitation in saying these things even in front of customers..... Indecent.

The welcome that greets you at the FVF pharmacy begins with the beautiful bright branches that make Christmas but also Easter and the rest of the year. even Carnival…. And today… On topic, the two fantastic pharmacists welcomed us like this: the doctor dressed and made up like a perfect geisha, the doctor with a nice vampire look. Fantastic! Don't think that their friendliness and kindness are to the detriment of preparation. They are competent, available, professional. They never recommend over-the-counter drugs or unnecessary supplements (this has sometimes happened to me in other pharmacies). And they are capable of transforming an activity inevitably associated with sad thoughts, into a place of welcome where, in the medicine bag, you can always find a smile. P.S. Today there was a tasting of herbal teas with frappe.... What should I add?!?

With the new management, this has become my go-to pharmacy. They have all the products and, if necessary, with the order they have them delivered within a few hours. The doctor, new director, extremely qualified, professional and above all courteous!
