An attentive and caring person, he patiently listened with a smile (which is not at all obvious) and guided me on a path to fix my problems. I would just like to tell the lady who served me today that many people who go to the pharmacy are also sick, so kindness and a smile are not optional. I hadn't seen that the lady had opened her cash register positioned all the way to the left, as there was a girl in front of her who was looking at a display. An exhausted one in the queue behind me starts shouting telling me that they had opened the register, I run and the pharmacist scolds me saying that you have to go when it's your turn. But all right? It didn't take me an hour, dear lady, you wait: I have twenty employees and I teach them kindness and helpfulness. Despite the rudeness (I spent €70, I didn't waste any time) in the end I try to be kind as I always do and tell the lady that I had tried the gift they had given me a few days before and that it was really good, I ask if it's shea butter hand cream (it's not clear because there's no label) and she is as serious as ever "it's hand cream and that's it". Congratulations for your manners 😅thank goodness the other pharmacists are kind❤️

The staff is very kind and qualified, always ready to satisfy the needs of those who enter this place. They have great health and personal care products.

Good morning, I passed by randomly, followed by Nicoletta and even though I don't know the products as far as cosmetics are concerned, I purchased some creams recommended by her, simply because the feeling I had was not that of a simple sale but of sincere advice. Very prepared, professional, kind. I can only recommend!

Everyone in this pharmacy is truly at the public service and not only with professionalism but also with friendliness and education! Sometimes a bad day can also happen to some of them... and maybe we don't find the smile we expect but I understand and everyone should get there. I feel great in this pharmacy!!!!!!
