I turned to them a few years ago for a problem and finally found a professional doctor, capable of interacting and also capable of empathizing with people. And above all she was able to distinguish and make me understand what I had already understood, about two drugs that had the same active ingredient, but indicated for two similar but not identical problems. In other pharmacies they simply told me "same active ingredient therefore the same". Recently I turned to them again for a privacy issue and not that of the country where I live. I was exceptionally impressed by her availability and having to return to collect the medicine, I asked when I could find the doctor in question and she replied: "You'll find me tomorrow afternoon but you can come whenever you want so much, we're all like that here". Not being able to go on the afternoon in question, I went a few days later and had confirmation of what I had been told. I got to know a helpful, patient and understanding doctor who almost wrote me a treatise on pharmacology to explain things to me. Not a word out of place, not a grimace and wonderfully human and always with a smile on his face. I believe I will make it my future reference pharmacy and that if it is always a commercial activity, at least those who make you a smile earn money, rather than those who are able to give you a grimace or a look of unbearability. I was here to do a Covid nasal swab. The Dr. Mancini was very delicate, even knowing that it was the first time for me. Furthermore, unlike many other pharmacies, it has Derma Fresh products, which I have been using for several years now. I also purchased his brand sunscreens and I must say that I'm really enjoying them. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
