Farmacia Feronia

We almost always had a good time, there is a competent and very kind pharmacist and they are supplied (if they don't have products they make them available in a few hours) but unfortunately there is a young pharmacist with long black hair with whom we don't get along well, it's difficult to understand what she says, I think she's foreign (NO RACISM!!!!) we just don't like how she serves customers. We are sorry to give this review. We certainly cannot expect so we are free to go elsewhere if necessary.

I went two days ago hoping to find Doctor Gemma because I needed to be advised on a cream, as I had already previously received excellent and professional advice from her, but unfortunately she wasn't there and I left without having purchased anything, does anyone know if she is on holiday and when can I find her?

I went to the pharmacy to get advice on a product for a problem, I was served by a doctor, I think her name was Gemma, with incredible kindness and courtesy, an extraordinary professionalism and the medicine she recommended helped me a lot, something that didn't happen with her other colleagues, I'll come back just for her.

3 stars for the young doctor who is always helpful and kind. For the rest I had 3 different bad episodes with 3 people. I went into the pharmacy at 7.51pm and he told me hurry up that we have to go home too, And so I left saying I'll pass tomorrow so as not to argue. (because the doctor had a face like....) Afterwards I thought about it but I went to get the medicines that were important to me, not a bottle of wine. This doctor has zero patience.

I am from Fiumicino and I was passing through this municipality and, needing medicines, I stopped in this pharmacy, I was served by a pharmacist who was not very tall, with long dark hair and a delicate Spanish accent, I had a great time, she was very friendly and professional and explained very well how I had to take the medicine. I thank you and I will definitely come back to see you
