A few minutes ago I purchased an eye drop that I have to use 4 days before surgery. First of all, the LADY (because I don't know if she is a doctor) did not understand the name of the drug. When I asked her to search for the name she understood on the internet, she was rude towards my BLIND mother, saying "LADY THEN READ SHE". Having found the medicine, as soon as we left the pharmacy (after 30 seconds), we noticed the open and poorly kept package. The lady claimed that it was us who opened it incorrectly and ruined it, so as not to replace the medicine. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY DUE TO ITS IMPROPERNESS AND INCOMPETENCE.
