How can I evaluate a pharmacy? I don't dare! But I know how to judge people well, kindness, education, affability, spirit of service, hospitality, confidentiality... and also love for animals, which is not needed in a pharmacy but I'm pleased that they cuddle my dog every time I visit him. they see... and it pleases him too. For me 🔝
I called to find out if they had a medicine while standing a stone's throw from them and on foot. A pharmacist replied asking if I could call her at 7.30pm (practically after closing) I point out to her that the answer should be either yes or no because if people need a medicine that cannot be found they are not waiting for the closing for news. Very bad. Two steps further down Viale Alessandrino, they were much kinder. Places like this must close if they are to serve the sick.

I have been using their service for years. The staff has changed over time, but the availability, professionalism and, above all, education towards users has remained unchanged. Thank you for your service to the community.
