Extremely negative experience. Today I was looking for a pharmacy on call and called to make sure they had tetanus shots. I was answered by a guy in his 40s who seemed very annoyed as if I was bothering him. I arrived at the pharmacy and the boy made me pay for the tetanus shot at the price of 50 euros. Since it was an emergency for me, I didn't pay much attention to the price. Until I confronted my nurse friend who pointed out that I paid an exorbitant amount. I went back to the pharmacy to ask for an explanation, but he couldn't seem to give me an explanation (maybe because I was bothering him again). I asked how much it would cost me with the order and he replied 4.90 euros. In conclusion, I paid 45 euros more. I believe it is a pharmacist's duty to inform people about possible solutions and have a little common sense in putting themselves in other people's shoes.

I don't know if it's that difficult to start a new pharmacy but after years, the lack of products remains, the terrible organization as well and what's more, when there are deductible products they omit it and then insert other people's tax codes on their receipt. Whether on purpose or not, it's not something that's ever happened to me anywhere else

around midnight I go to the pharmacy (because it's on duty) to get a pack of tachipirin and ask for some urgent remedy for my very bad sunburn. The staff (a young gentleman) almost reproaches me in a grumpy tone for the fact that in his opinion these are not urgent things. I think that a pharmacist has no say in my urgencies and needs, it means that I have disturbed his sleep😂

Pharmacy opened not long ago, one of the pharmacists is Dr. Catalano, very competent, whom we met some time ago, because she was an employee of another pharmacy, we were hoping to meet her but on Sunday 3 May there was another woman! I'm sorry to say this but she wasn't familiar with drugs, not even over-the-counter ones, it wasn't possible to get in (and I understand this, she was alone), she didn't want to get a receipt with the tax code to download it in a hurry, out of 43, 00 euros spent is money! so it was a loss! Finally, compared to the pharmacy we usually frequent, we found the prices higher by about 15/20%. What can I say, it was the first time, it was Sunday and we were forced! We will continue to use our usual pharmacy even if Ferraro is closer to our home. Don't blame me but it was a terrible experience!. Greetings...
