Yesterday I went for a Covid swab which, as I feared, had a positive result. Meanwhile, the nurse, I don't know if she is a pharmacist, in a very arrogant manner, invited me to come in. I followed her and, with great irritation, only later did she tell me where I had to sit so as not to contaminate her space. But that's fine, it's okay, the problem is always the ways. When she saw the results of my swab, she ran out with wide eyes to make sure that I, suffering from the plague, did not enter the pharmacy. Terrified, she continued to arrange my report, she made me pay from behind a hallway, when I asked her for a throat spray, with an act of terror she tried to take the closest one to send me away as soon as possible and she placed herself in a closed attitude without me even being able to ask a few questions. So the point is: I've been to that pharmacy other times and the doctor was quite kind. Yesterday a terrible experience, I happened to have other swabs done in other pharmacies, and we have never been treated this way. If the person, nurse or pharmacist, is afraid they have to do another job, they should not perform swabs on possible positive subjects. Obviously I absolutely won't be going back

Like many other pharmacies at this particular moment they are carrying out Covid swabs, then queuing and waiting to enter. Enough supplied, out of 5 supplements I only had to return for one in the afternoon. Courteous and kind.

Kind, helpful, careful to find the best possible solution... even to problems relating to the management of electronic prescriptions.
