I'm sorry to leave this review because some of the doctors who work here are very good BUT the pharmacists don't understand the requests, yet I don't seem to speak Arabic, I ask for a syringe specifying without needle for veterinary use (the ones used to feed the puppies are not yet weaned) instead of telling me that he isn't there he gives me some syringes for veterinary use, I see that they are for insulin, I reply that it's not what I need, he gets annoyed and replies badly and prepares the receipt assuring me that it's right, I pay, I go out and I notice that the syringes have non-removable needles so, as I said, it's not what I asked for. I go in to return them, refunds are not possible due to company policy. I had to buy other things even though the error wasn't there. been mine. This is not a legal thing, I don't want to make a mess for €15 but I won't set foot in this pharmacy anymore and be careful if you have any requests that are not a written document. Because they don't understand them!
