01/01/24 officially pharmacy on duty for the night but we made 2 unsuccessful attempts within 2 hours. We repeatedly rang but no one answered. Shameful

I think one star is too many for this exercise. You are served without, I won't say, a minimum of kindness, not even with education and courtesy. The best was when a few days ago at 7.25pm ​​I called to find out if they had a product that I needed urgently, they told me yes, I replied that I would come straight away and 5 minutes later I found the pharmacy closed.

Unfortunately I had to rely on this pharmacy to be able to swab my baby and I certainly won't set foot there again. Arrogance and presumption are the order of the day. Humility and good manners don't even know where they belong!!!!!! They carry out the swabs in an external corner of the pharmacy within everyone's reach, without even the use of gloves... consequently the "dirty" hand with which they take the documents and money is the same one that carries out the check! Furthermore, the swab is transported inside the pharmacy for about 8 meters (if not more) and then ends up in a room near the window, without any care or attention and above all without any PRECAUTIONS. In my case, first they tell me that it is negative and print the sheet and half an hour later (and I would say even more) they tell me a change. Furthermore, according to them, the swabs do not change after half an hour... It's a shame that the swabs they sell specify exactly the OPPOSITE!!!!! THEY COULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PSR TO GET A GOOD DOSE OF CULTURE AND A HEALTHY STOCK OF HUMILITY, given that they are not aware of the consequences that families face with their "analyses" (to be kind!). Basically terrible service.
