An incredibly rude and opinionated pharmacist, he refused to accept a prescription because 'it is written in pen' and 'the name of the medicine is misspelled' and 'it is written here instead of here' and 'the prescription was signed first'. Obviously the recipe had been legitimately prescribed by a psychiatrist, and I am sure that the gentleman in question sees recipes written in a more incomprehensible and less orthodox way every day and still chooses to accept them. I don't know if she thought we were drug addicts or dealers, the fact is that my friend suffers from insomnia and hadn't slept a wink for 48 hours. I strongly urge the pharmacist not to engage in customer service in the future.

Pharmacy and unique kindness! I must say especially thanks to the cosmetics department clerk, really good, reliable and competent! I had dry skin problems, but I never treated myself because I didn't trust pharmacies who usually only think about selling and not letting you heal. Pharmacy, very qualified and well supplied with different departments, also with PET products, animals, also allows access to our friends.... Professional and qualified service with several doctors serving customers with quick queue management. Absolutely recommended.

The service is terrible. they only sell the medicinal products completely without looking at the doctor's leaflet. I was sold a smaller package than the doctor had told me to and I left the pharmacy thinking I had what I needed even though I thought it was a little too expensive. then when I looked in the bag I saw that I needed 2 more packs to meet the doctor's requirements and I couldn't pay that much money. so I went back to explain the situation and ask for a refund. all they could give me was a coupon to use in the store. I'm not happy about this, but at least it's something. but the way they handled my request was worth a bad attitude and blaming me for not asking my doctor how much is in a package and how much it costs. I've never had to do this before. I've always had good experiences with other pharmacies that gave me precise directions to help me, but here they just put it in my bag and told me the price. I trusted them and now I know I should have checked. unfortunately it's the only one so close to my house, but I'll do my best to avoid coming here in the future.
