Helpful staff

It's a shame that we don't smile much! In a pharmacy you should find welcoming and helpful staff. It would make everyone feel good.

Often they don't have medicines and you have to go back to buy them (definitely impractical, especially given the time spent queuing). I realize that you can't always have all the medicines available but, frankly, it only happens to me here. I also advise anyone who buys medicines to CHECK THE EXPIRY DATE OF THE PACKAGES. I gave three stars because the staff is always available but, I repeat, the service can be improved. Mine is only intended to be a constructive review in order to improve a service that is in itself perfectible. Thank you.

This review is based on the one time I entered, but the pharmacist's face left an impression on me...serious, gruff, expressionless, annoyed...a mix in short. I believe that in general those who work in contact with an audience should be more empathetic. I only had one person in front of me and the wait was long but I put that aside. Response to pharmacy denigrating my review: I can say that you are defaming me so... I honestly admitted that my experience is based on one REAL time and I can honestly say that I would not repeat the experience. Good work🌈

I paid a home swab of €9.90 without a receipt. Same day, same brand of swab but different pharmacy, just over €5 with a receipt.
