I went there a little while ago to buy a medicine, the time to make the request we get to the payment and I tell her that I pay with the card she says to me "eh but cash would be better" I point out to her that I only have a debit card and she makes the payment all annoyed and nervously slamming the products, I tell her at the end of the payment that I'm sorry for having caused her harm by paying with the card but there is a way and way to respond because I also work with the public, she doesn't listen to me and says good luck evening going to the back talking over me, I go out telling her that she needs a bit of education. I'm really shocked because I've always had a great time in this pharmacy, but I have to say that the lady with bob hair and blonde really leaves something to be desired, I recommend leaving room for those who really care about their work.

Last night (the pharmacy was on duty) I was there because my partner had been stung by some bee in the afternoon and the swelling was spreading to his entire arm. It was 11.50pm and the medical guard told me to provide oral cortisone but that he could only give me a prescription by 12pm. Not having time to take the prescription, I stopped by. I rang the intercom (twice before getting an answer) and explained everything (courteously) to the lady who, after telling me that the cream I had previously applied was based on cortisone, hung up the phone. on the intercom while I was trying to explain to her that the doctor had said that the cream wouldn't be enough. Now I wonder... but what if something serious had happened to my partner? He didn't even see it to realize the extent of it!!! I certainly won't recommend it to anyone!!! We went to another pharmacy which immediately provided us with antihistamine and cortisone tablets. This is professionalism.

I just purchased medicines for me and my partner, both of whom have the flu. The slightly plump blonde lady who served me was very rude. First asking me if I had the prescription because the opening, he claimed, was only for customers with a prescription, then that the pharmacy opened at 3.30pm, when the opening hours are from 9am to 9pm, last but not least he decided to serve me only after I told her I had a fever. Dear lady, yours is not a shop that sells souvenirs, but products that people need. I advise you to change your attitude because this doesn't make you look good, nor does it give good publicity to your pharmacy.

Small pharmacy that on some occasions does not have the availability of the requested products, but they can be ordered and arrive quickly. Staff not always at the top: sometimes friendly and professional, other times a little hasty. However, the swab service was excellent.

Pharmacy to avoid. Dismissive and above all dishonest staff. If they see an opportunity to screw you, they do it. I had an experience that made me doubt and I reported what happened to another pharmacy. They confirmed to me that even though they hadn't done anything illegal, they still did everything they could to screw me. Well, you fooled me for the first and last time.
