The rude pharmacist doctor, with his mask lowered! They are wrong to give me the dosage of metformin, even though I clearly ask for 500mg. Luckily, once I got home I noticed from the size that there was something wrong, otherwise I would have been very sick. I come back the next day and they don't refund me for the box I opened even though the mistake was theirs. To be absolutely avoided, they are dangerous mistakes.

A pulse oximeter with a list price of between 45 and €50 I spent 68. For a mannite tablet costing €1 they asked me for 3. I will never set foot on it again and I want to report it to the Consumers' Association and to the pharmacists because it is a shameful thing.

I am a customer of the Formenti Pharmacy, the staff has always shown care and attention towards me, if I need to measure my blood pressure, and advice on my (many) needs, I receive maximum availability and professionalism that is rarely found in other pharmacies.
