Zero courtesy with the customer! He told me that I was from outside Cividale and that he couldn't get me anything. Even when I asked for simple over-the-counter medicines I was told "it's all sold out" and I was liquidated. Terrible!

Being the pharmacy on duty this weekend, I went at around 03:00 on Sunday 1 December to buy some paracetamol for my partner who wasn't feeling well (since she's breastfeeding, she can't take other medicines). To make a long story short, the pharmacist welcomed me rudely and, after knowing what I needed, treated me even worse, without even letting me give an explanation. I understand that it's not pleasant to serve a customer at 3 in the morning, but I would have preferred to stay in bed too and, in any case, he earned in 30 seconds the compensation that I receive for an hour of overtime work. I will never set foot in this pharmacy again, because education, which should be the first thing, here they don't even know what it is.
