Absolutely to be avoided....Today I go to this pharmacy (on duty) to purchase a quick swab for home COVID and malox reflux for a total cost of 25 euros!! At this, knowing the price of the tampon (7 euros) and the malox (6.50 euros), I return asking for explanations regarding such high prices and to know the price of each individual product given that the receipt did not specify the individual items. The two pharmacists pass the two products to the PC and tell me that they can't find the price, contradicting each other to cover each other. In the end they ask me to show the receipt and only then tell me the prices (easy!), also making a mistake on the total. It is clear that the prices were not those and that coincidentally they did not know the prices of the products sold 20 minutes before.... Be wary of these people, staff who are not serious at all. On the other hand, the reviews speak for themselves... Update in response to owner's comment: Unfortunately you are still contradicting yourself since upon my request you said that both products cost 13... Now the tampon costs 18?? All very strange....or maybe it's difficult for you to justify a malox for 12 euros? For the refund I decline the invitation, I make it exclusively a question of principle and seriousness, have a good evening.

09/11 To be avoided like COVID. Online order placed 3 weeks ago and not yet received. If a pharmacy takes care of an order it should also process it! Instead, these people take the money and what's been seen is seen. Compliments! Update 11/11: Odd response since I just received a package with your name on the sender and mine on the recipient. But I see that writing reviews always magically unlocks everything.

It is the second time that I have purchased the 170 g psyllogel powder from you (cost €8.99) and for the second time you have sent me the 86 g psyllogel sachets (cost €7.10) you understand that the first product is very convenient while the second is not. I've been trying to call since this morning but the phone on the site is off the hook. To be fair, you should take back the wrong product or give me back half the money since you sent me half of the product. The first one could be a mistake (moreover you forced me to keep what you sent me and refunded me only the difference) the second one IS A SCAM. BE CAREFUL.
