If it were possible it would be zero stars, one is still too much. Grumpy, rude and rude staff... the only shame is that it is the best-stocked pharmacy in Bolzano.

I go to the pharmacy, I've been sick for a week with the intestinal virus, the doctor prescribes me this Diosmectal, the lady tells me I need the prescription....mmmm my doctor said I don't need the prescription. It is useful and how can I do it since I am from Ferrara? In the end I have it from me... but if I read on the internet this drug says it can be sold without a prescription... so? Get competent people.
Always unable to listen if you have a problem, offensive and rude! They need to be disciplined because they send patients away with their arrogance.
