Pharmacy located on the main street of Pra', convenient and efficient, equipped with a number dispenser at the entrance and automatic checkouts. The positive sides are the opening hours (open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week) and the fairly friendly staff (at least the people I dealt with). During the COVID period they offered a truly useful service for the community. Now let's move on to the negative sides: more often than not the requested drug is not available and you have to order it and return at a later time. The prices indicated on the packages of medicines often do not correspond to the price actually paid at the checkout (I inquired and discovered that pharmacies are authorized to do so, although frankly I don't find it correct at all). Finally, they are very strict, if you don't have a prescription, it could even be Sunday and the customer can writhe in pain and beg for a drug, they absolutely won't give it. Now, I understand that they have rules to respect, but a minimum of mental flexibility wouldn't hurt. Nonetheless, hats off for the very customer-friendly opening hours.

Unfortunately I have to report an unpleasant episode that happened to me, of course I am not referring to all the staff who have always been kind, but in particular to a blonde lady with short hair, glasses. Who immediately revealed herself to be arrogant and rude, only to eventually be rudely asked to leave. I say this too, in my work I have had to deal with the public but I have never dreamed of humiliating people... good manners are needed.

I arrive at the pharmacy in desperation, due to my daughter's skin problem, the pharmacist solves me definitively and completely, where other doctors had failed. Miraculous.

I'm not surprised to read negative comments. I hope that all these bad reviews can make you think and change your attitude towards customers who, in most cases, go to the pharmacy for health problems and are not interested in receiving your rudeness. More than negative experience in February 2023 with the lady with short blonde hair. One star because you can't get less than that. ***Being attentive to listening to customers' disappointment is certainly not one of your qualities. It is not important to explain the unpleasant event, mine is just a review based on personal experience. I also inform you that many businesses work the same working hours as you, so it is not appropriate to write it in response to every review you receive. Obviously you work in shifts, I hope that none of your operators are subjected to more hours than those allowed by the regulations governing working relationships but I am sure that this is not the case. Thank you for the invitation to clarify the misunderstanding, lo I appreciate and am sure that you wrote it in the interest of building customer loyalty and not just to "have" to respond to a bad review.
