I understand that it is a pharmacy in a small mountain town, and that everything consequently costs more, but buying a digital thermometer for 80 euros only to then discover that the same model is sold for 14.99 on Amazon makes you at least think of a theft with burglary. Furthermore, comparing it to other meters, I noticed that it always shows half a degree more. In short, beyond the damage, there is also the insult. Unfortunately, having lost the receipt, I had no reason to go back to the pharmacy and dispute what happened. I don't expect the same price as a giant like Amazon in a physical store, nor do I expect to pay 5 times as much for an item like this. I advise you to be a little careful, because there are people ready to start trouble around for even less...
It is a pharmacy equipped and very often open even in holidays. Procures missing medicines, normally the next day and effectively notifies you of receipt via text message. But asking for a deposit for a medicine that is not very expensive at the moment not available, it seems excessive to me.
I can't say for the two pharmacists but the two ladies I found inside were grumpy to say the least and with little desire to work. they absolutely don't know how to relate to the public.
