Farmacia Frezzato

I was in this pharmacy this morning. Let me start by saying that I am on holiday, and I requested an antibiotic that they RIGHTLY couldn't give me WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION. I tried to insist a little, but rightly it wasn't given to me. The problem, however, is not this, but the following: yesterday in the same pharmacy (I went in for some pacifiers for my daughter) in front of me so I saw it with my own eyes, a gentleman was issued the same antibiotic and to the question: " do you have the recipe?” She responded positively WITHOUT SHOWING IT AND THE MEDICATION WAS GIVEN. Now I wonder: do the rules only apply to someone?

Excellent swab service. Although I was sometimes without a reservation due to my shift work, The staff was kind and very professional, fulfilling my request as quickly as possible. Congratulations and thanks.

Lack of professionalism and unreliable staff. They change booking times at the last moment at will without trying to accommodate customers. If you book swabs for important events, don't do it here, you could be notified at the last moment that your appointment has been cancelled... On New Year's Eve I had an important thing to do and 3 days before they informed me that they had cancelled. I called other pharmacies but EVERYTHING was already booked... A HORRIBLE experience. I thought the problem was only on New Year's Eve but they still continue to create inconveniences...

Mobile message service to notify the customer of the arrival of the ordered medicine. Make reservations. Pressure measurement. Games corner dedicated to children.

Professional and always very helpful...it is always a pleasure to be welcomed and looked after by kind and competent staff, especially in these working environments.
