I still don't understand the rudeness and annoyance I get when I have to buy veterinary drugs, especially when I'm served by the doctor. It seems like I did myself a favor, perhaps because electronic prescriptions take longer to process? Many of us in Marassi ask ourselves this thing, which we animal owners have in common. We didn't invent the veterinary recipes, in any case, we don't ask for free drugs, we pay for them and there's no point in getting nervous like this or pretending to fix useless things to pass the buck to a colleague. There's no point in even spreading your arms as if to say *what a bummer*. I'll try to go elsewhere.

Well-stocked both as a pharmacy, as a parapharmacy, and as a perfumery. Staff a little slow, but overall great exercise.

Rude. I have dealt with this pharmacy a couple of times and they have never failed me. The doctor who does the swabs is really rude, he doesn't know how to relate to customers and you can see how little he wants to work (while he was charging me he even got on the phone to talk to a friend). I recently called and spoke to a doctor who, following a simple and friendly question, responded aggressively and arrogantly, then hung up the phone.

Always a customer but unfortunately I find that there is no longer the friendliness of the past. Staff turnover has lost us in this sense. The bar was lowered by one person in particular who I dealt with in person and by phone. She was grumpy and rude. Since I also work with the public and can't stand arrogant customers, I personally behave politely with those who work and therefore I don't see why I shouldn't receive the same treatment in response. Reading the other reviews I would say that I'm not the only one to have this opinion about this person... given the description
