I would like to point out that by doing more than one job, I have very little time available, so every detail regarding punctuality and precision is very important to me. I book galenic drugs complete with specific shampoo for my problem, recommending to those who took my reservation to put everything together to avoid having to return a second time, also because I don't always go personally to collect the drugs because my job is unpredictable and I am often busy. Result? They never did as recommended. I had to return. But wait, not once, but every single time for 4 months now. The last time I explained the problem to the person who answered the cell phone, and they promised me that they would deliver free shampoo to my home to apologize for the forgetfulness. Result ? Never arrived . Unprofessional, rude, uncaring, they keep you waiting on the phone for 10 minutes, as if you were worthless. Highly not recommended.

Pharmacy of incompetents, Dr. Catalano should be ashamed, he takes these incompetents who think they are experts... on two prescriptions you bring they never have drugs... some are so incompetent as to be scary... but where do they find them?? to be used only because is always open..I would add that I called the doctor on the phone because his operator did not give the drugs to my brother as he did not He had the receipt, a simple sheet of paper... without any value... but the clerk was afraid that we would come back to claim other drugs... like thieves... and he hung up the phone in my face saying that I offend his operators ...not even talking about the serious offense committed by your operator... result? Having the prescription numbers I went elsewhere... and I found the drugs at the moment without having to go a hundred times and be taken for thieves. ....I give one star because you can't do a review less..but from the negative reviews this pharmacy has...a doctor who hangs up on you...zero

I turned to them for an important problem but they gave priority to their business completely uninterested in the consequences I could have... Luckily there are other more helpful and serious pharmacies

Little courtesy and availability in giving information... bad experience

Some operators (Pharmacists) do not know the difference between Doctor and Doctor! They confuse the latter for a Doctor and then wink with vulgar mocking smiles! What idiots! Catalan Doctor of Pharmacy explain the difference to your colleagues as well as the behavior!
