Veterinary drug paid €4 more than the price on the package. I tell them but the doctor, the older one, replies acidly that for them that price isn't worth it and that, certainly, if I had paid less I wouldn't have said anything. He invites me to look for the law, which I did, finding confirmation of his incompetence in the part where the law specifies: "...without prejudice to the pharmacist's obligation not to sell the drug at a price higher than that indicated on the packaging”. In summary: rudeness and lack of professionalism.

Nothing to say about the quality of the pharmacy and the employees. I am reviewing and temporarily leaving 3 stars to highlight a problem. You give the opportunity to skip the queue by ordering via WhatsApp, it is also written everywhere inside the pharmacy. Unfortunately you have underestimated that in this city there are mostly ignorant beasts. More than once I risked coming to blows with people who, according to them, felt they were being bypassed. I repeat. It's a convenient idea. But it can't work like that. You should set up a dedicated cash desk, put the number for orders and call it every few customers like the post office or for employees to ask every now and then if there are people there to take orders. I hope you find a solution to improve this system. And in any case, I'm not the only one who has experienced this discomfort.

The kindness and helpfulness in this pharmacy are non-existent. You ask on the phone if they can put aside a medicine for just ten minutes (time needed to reach the pharmacy) and in a rude tone you are denied. On two other occasions I bought over-the-counter drugs and realized that the prices were increased, tampons much more expensive...
