The Gallo pharmacy is the trusted pharmacy for me. In addition to making a simple call to get my medicines the same day, I can easily book them for the following 2 weeks. The collection of points is legendary, with their card, you can collect discounts etc. And you know, those who go through therapy (as in my case) and spend good money at least every 2 weeks, knowing that it isn't completely lost is a nice incentive to go back to them. Kindness, friendliness and confidentiality.

I have always felt comfortable in this pharmacy, having been a regular customer for years now. I recently purchased a Rilastil sunscreen that I buy every year but this time I had problems as it was very sticky and also caused a skin reaction (my daughter also bought it this year in the same pharmacy and had no problems). I went to the pharmacy to let them know but they replied that I was the only one to complain, that the batch was all the same, that it was impossible, but as I am ignorant on the subject, I think it could happen that some products go bad. I didn't expect a refund but I wanted them to accept it. The doctor responded in response and told me that it was useless for me to leave it there because just as I could have thrown it away, she would have thrown it away. I will no longer buy anything on sale in this pharmacy, except drugs. Be careful because the first problem you have, they close the door in your face (I had also asked to speak to Doctor Gallo but they told me he was out, without saying they would communicate everything). Not very professional and not very polite to customers. I only ruined €30, trashed as the doctor said.

There is certainly no lack of kindness, but it would have been more useful to have the prices displayed on the goods (as required by law) also to have an idea of ​​the amount you want to spend in a clear and simplified way, rather than asking at the counter. Furthermore, I had asked for a normal Connettivina cream (OTC) and in the bag I found the Bio one which is not my preference and has a slightly higher price (since I had already gone in twice due to the Doctor forgetting to give me the Connettivina, I never went back ).
