Farmacia Galloni della Dr.ssa De Santis Marta

I went one evening when the pharmacy was on duty out of necessity for a person who had problems with severe nausea and vomiting and stomach pain after dinner. Already when I called she wasn't very friendly and she didn't even open the door to serve me. The person who was sick was in the pharmacy with me, he wasn't feeling well and he told her that it was better if she went out if she had to vomit. The door was locked and the pharmacist told the person she had to let it lock and the key was on the outside. Luckily there were people outside and they opened the door for us. Otherwise would we have remained closed in the pharmacy? I believe it is not the customer's responsibility to ensure whether the door closes or not and whether the key is inside or outside. I understand that perhaps for her it wasn't something to go to a pharmacy for on duty but if you offer a service you have to do it, whatever the real need is. Negative experience, for me a pharmacy and a pharmacist not to be frequented.
