Extremely helpful, fast, competent service and it's always a great experience! Thank you!
Not a very large pharmacy where it is always easy to find lots of people. Stocked and available. If they don't have the medicine you need, they can find it very quickly.
I took a quick swab on 12/24 at 5.45pm at this pharmacy. While I was waiting, I noticed that the doctor who took the blood sample from the person in front of me did not sanitize his hands after finishing with him, he touched a phone and other objects, always with the same gloves. He invited me to come in, I sat down and the assistant put sanitizing gel on my hands, while the doctor had neither changed his gloves nor sanitized his hands. I pointed this out, and his arguments, which were put forward in a very rude way, were: - "I don't touch anything of the person I take the sample from so I don't need to sanitize my hands" - "Hygiene is not an opinion" I refrain from commenting on these types of responses. The thing that surprised and disappointed me the most was that immediately afterwards I went into the pharmacy to report it, and the doctor who listened to me provided the following explanations: - "The doctor works at the hospital xxx" - "The doctor is a professor at xxx" - "When there is a positive case, we have everything disinfected and everyone change gloves" - "The other doctor sanitizes her hands after each client, maybe he doesn't, but I know he sanitizes them very often" I was extremely disappointed not only by the disservice itself, but also by the explanations I was given. Furthermore, I sent an email to the pharmacy to point out the failure to comply with any basic hygiene protocols - and not just those in force for the COVID health emergency, but I received no response.
I had the COVID vaccine at this pharmacy with very kind, young and professional staff. So I recommend it to all those who need to be vaccinated. The whole team is very helpful.
Bought a package with 2 masks, which cannot be found in this period, due to Covid 19 They charged me €22 for it a few days later, in another pharmacy I found identical masks for €5.50 each. I was told that this pharmacy was expensive, but these prices in such a dramatic period are shameful!
