I went to this pharmacy to have an ECG done. The kind and knowledgeable staff made me sit right away even though it was almost closing time. The result arrived within a few hours. They offer many services and knowing that you have a small health center in the heart of the valley really makes you feel calmer. They have also recently expanded the galenic laboratory where it is possible to request personalized preparations. Highly recommended! Well done!!

If there were zero I would give it. First they give you extra appointments then they are the ones who don't respect them and don't inform you of the times (when when booking I clearly stated what time I had to be at work) and it's also your fault for being a liar. Too bad there are witnesses. I got disciplined at work because of them. Not only did they not provide a shred of justification but they also insulted me like a dog and didn't even apologize.

Young, organised, willing, friendly. They listen to you and advise you with professionalism and dedication. Well done!

What can I tell you, it's my favorite pharmacy! In Bussoleno there are 3 pharmacies, but I found such a cordial relationship with them that if I find them closed, I wait until the next day. They go out of their way to solve your problems and all the pharmacists are very competent. They also always welcome you with a smile and this is not for everyone.
