I bought a product, BIOSCALIN, hair loss. I paid about $40+ for shampoo and vitamins. After I used it for 3 times I developed a horrible inch, burn and tiny blisters. I went to the farmacy the same woman who sold it to me said, nothing wrong with the product but it was me who had the allergy and since I had used it they could not exchange or return the product. I had never heard such an idiotic presponse. Will never come back there. Now, I had to spend as much money in another location to heal my scalp. By the way this product is only man made chymicals. Nothing healthy.

Bad experience, I went twice on a Sunday with a paper certifying my son's pathology, I needed urgent epileptic drugs, essential for him and despite my doctor who works on the floor above the service they don't keep the drugs or rather without a medical prescription (impossible to get on Saturday and Sunday) as always they consult the computer pretending not to have them... never again, it's not a pharmacy it's a beauty centre. I highly recommend the central pharmacy, always stocked and well available even though they don't know me.

ZERO STARS Rude and incompetent, I asked for a drug because I was voiceless and not only did they pretend not to hear my faint voice, they gave me a drug which is a food supplement. And obviously not downloadable. And while I was saying hello they didn't even turn around, who could hear me anyway? Some doctors don't have a shred of humanity and education.

I would like to point out the excellent professionalism of nurse Angela, kind, quick and always with a smile.

Convenient to the doctors' offices but be careful not to go during coffee (or tea) time because they hide in the back and take a break laughing even if there are people waiting. If you ask if someone can go to the counter, they stick their heads out and tell you they'll be right there... and then start chatting about TV programs and various amenities again. The only positive thing is that they are also open during the lunch break although with very limited training and sometimes with non-pharmacist staff.
