Negative experience, never a smile, it seems like you're out of spite by entering. I present a problem on which I would like advice, and I find myself given an ointment without further questions or insights. (In fact it turned out to be wrong for the problem). Negative experience also for the swabs, tested precisely because they don't accept reservations, but it is unacceptable to make children wait outside with children and in an excessively cold temperature for 20 minutes, because for the payment priority was given to other people who arrived later but because they were positive they didn't want to let them enter the pharmacy and had to pay outside! There are different ways to provide a service, and within a few kilometers they are very professional, they call those who have tested positive to inform them and give support if needed, without waving it around at the entrance to the pharmacy.

Bad experience, I unfortunately ordered a drug in this pharmacy... in my opinion, they gave me poor information regarding the order, I had to call seven times and send an email to get an answer, on the phone I found an attitude to say the least little inadequate and I'll stop here. Ps: taking swabs is a business, among other things it's not mandatory and I don't think it's appropriate for it to become an excuse for inappropriate behavior🙅🏻‍♂️

They lost my health card after doing a quick swab. I kindly asked them to send it to my home since in the meantime I have caught Covid and am in isolation. First they got annoyed by my request, which I think was more than legitimate, then they told me they would send it. To date, since December 31st, my card has still not arrived. I'm sorry, but this is really not correct and professional. I understand the confusion and human error, especially in this period in which pharmacies are under attack, but it would have been equally correct to try to remedy one's mistake. I find myself outside my region, in isolation with Covid and also without a document which would be useful to have in this period.
