Terrible, careless of patients and health rules 1. The doctor entered the pharmacy without a mask 2. 20min ago I had to undergo an antigenic throat swab as the nose swab causes me to have panic attacks, as already happened on 26 May 2020 at the FORNACA clinic in Turin and 23 October 2021 at the Cellini clinic in Turin. Everything documented. When I entered he immediately told me that my attitude (very serious and scared) bothered him. I would like to point out that my partner had personally warned him 2 days ago about the panic attacks. To which I replied that I had an attitude of fear He reiterated that he was doing me a favor and I asked him to pull up the mask that he was holding under his nose incorrectly according to COVID health regulations. Her response was: if this is her attitude I can't swab her. So I went out without a tampon. I would recommend an investigation by the competent local health authority and above all an education and study course on panic attacks.
