I give one because is not possible to give zero. I came to this pharmacy on Sunday morning, the pharmacist behind the tender was an old man who was speaking by phone and continued to speak even once I entered (unprofessional). I told him what I need, he said they had not, so I asked which other pharmacies were opened and he said with arrogance and annoyed face “I don’t know”. If you look for a pharmacy in the city, avoid this one, there are for sure much better places around.

Lady who works there gave me a medicine for reflux, as u can that in that in image, it made my situation worse. i wish they give better medicine, instead of testing patients with their new medicine. but i bought an ibuprofen of different popular brand. it was effective the immediate day. ITS ONLY THE MEDICINE THAT THEY PRODUCE , DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCT. you can buy other popular brand from the same pharmacy , which wont alleviate ur disease.

They live on another planet. They DO NOT ACCEPT American Express. The girl at the pharmacy says: look, the other pharmacies don't accept American Express. But where do they live? It's true that some pharmacies don't accept a card but to say that the other pharmacies... YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS, I change pharmacies where they don't accept the most common cards, for example, too bad I was in a hurry otherwise I would have left. THEY SHOULD BE REQUIRED BY LAW, IT WILL BE A MATTER OF LITTLE BUT IT WILL HAPPEN luckily there are pharmacies that accept ALL CARDS

In my youth I met the owners of the pharmacy (wife and husband doctors), at the time located in the corner of Bagno di Nerone and I fondly remember their availability and humanity and I assume that the current owner is their son. I congratulate the doctor and all his collaborators, for the kindness I have always found (to tell the truth, I only go there a few times and only when prescriptions are issued by the doctor who has the office nearby, but this doesn't change anything).
